Shipping policy

We only ship to UK. FREE next day delivery on all orders over £100, when ordered before 12 midday.



E-Scooter orders placed before 12 midday will be dispatched using a next working day delivery service (Usually DHL or FedEx). This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Any orders placed after 12 will be dispatched the next working day. 


E-Bikes will be delivered approximately 5 to 10 working days after the order has been placed (Excluding the NCM range). The dispatch time will depend on if you would like your bike to be built and serviced. Please call our Torquay store on 01803 302337 to clarify your requirements. 

**Our NCM range will be delivered 3-5 working days after the order has been placed. 

Please note that Next Day Delivery is NOT guaranteed and customers in the Scottish Highlands should allow an additional 2-3 working days. 

Local Collection 

Should you wish to come and collect your item in store, you are more than welcome to do so. Please call ahead of your visit and we will ensure your E-bike or E-scooter is ready for collection. 

Safe & Secure Delivery 

Orders over £100 will be sent via a Signed For Service, meaning yourself or a member of your household must sign for the delivery. 

Should nobody be at the address to sign for the item, it will be considered a failed delivery. Under no circumstances should you sign for the item if the packaging has been tampered with or if the box feels empty. 

All orders are sent via DHL or Fedex, however, we reserve the right to change couriers without notice. 

Failed Deliveries 

In the circumstances where no members of the household are at the delivery address, the courier will deliver a card through the letterbox allowing you to re-book the delivery or potentially collect from the depot (This varies depending on the chosen courier). Should the item not be received upon the rescheduled delivery, the item will be returned to E-Ridez.

Should the item be returned to us due to a failed delivery, we reserve the right to charge the full shipping fee of up to £50 to resend the item. 

In the event that a customer enters their delivery address incorrectly, E-Ridez cannot be held responsible for the lost package or any costs associated with retrieving the item.
