Can I book a test drive at E-ridez?

Yes, please go to our 'Book a Ridez' page to book in a time slot.

Do you deliver worldwide?

No, we currently only deliver in the UK.

Can you use an E-Scooter in the rain?

It’s advisable that that you check the instruction manual for each scooter. If a scooter is waterproof it will state on our website or in the manual. Please try and keep the battery dry.

Where should I store and charge my E-Scooter?

When storing your scooter, please keep it in a dry place and if you are not using the scooter frequently make sure that you charge it every 3 months for 30 mins. Please keep them away from flammable materials.

Do not charge your scooter near where you sleep at night.

Is it legal to use an E-Scooter in the UK?

The legislation is continually being update, you are able to ride your scooter on private property. But we would advise you checked with your local council as each council is taking their own stance on the legalities.

How long does it take to charge?

Each E-Scooter will vary, please see our product page for information on individual scooters.

What payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. 

How long does it take to deliver?

2-3 working days unless you would like to pay for next day delivery or Saturday delivery

What is the warranty?

All of E-ridez scooters come with a UK warranty. The length of warranty varies by brand, the length of warranty is detailed in the original product listing. If you are unsure of your warranty period please contact us at info@eridez.co.uk

Warranty is included on the display, controller, motor and charger against manufacturing and material defects on a replacement basis.

Batteries are covered for manufacturer defect only. 

Valid only with the original receipt of purchase.

Exclusions:

The warranty doesn’t cover external damage such as broken parts or general wear and tear items such as tyres and brakes.

Excludes consumable wearing fittings, such as  brakes and tyres. 

Excludes parts with physical damages, incomplete/broken cable connections.

Excludes misuse, modification, negligence and use of the scooter in wet conditions.

Excludes professional and hire use.

Warranty is NON-Transferrable.

What is your returns policy and what to do when I receive my scooter?

When your order is delivered we recommend you keep all the packaging including the delivery box in case you need to return the item. When the order arrives and before use carefully inspect the product without removing tags or seals to ensure the item has all parts present and has been delivered undamaged. We do not accept returns unless they are in original packaging.

Please read the manual provided before riding for the first time. Chargers and how to use them may differ from brand to another it might sound silly but chargers are a key part of the correct maintenance of your vehicle.

Returns

For all returns please contact us first via email support@eridez.co.uk, with an explanation with the reason for return.

If you change your mind:

You have 15 days to cancel your order under our 15 day return period, which starts on the day after you received the item. All you’ll need to do is follow our simple returns procedure, outlined below. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. Please ensure all security seals and tags are still intact.

We won’t accept any product that has signs of use under any circumstances. You can open the box and change your mind about the colour and things like it but does not mean you can ride up and down your street before returned. Please check all works correctly before jumping straight on it. Thanks

Returns Procedure

Please contact us, for UK customers call us via our contact page, for customers located outside of the UK please email. You’ll need to provide details including your name and order number (you’ll find this on your order confirmation e-mail), and let us know why you’d like to return your item. Please package the item securely and include inside the package, order number, name and address. Any item you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. As soon as the item is back with us and has undergone routine checks, we’ll be able to take your case further and either exchange, repair or refund your item as agreed.
